Why
Business owners that push themselves forward know that they have immense value to give in pursuit of their goals. They wouldn’t have stepped into entrepreneurship if they were happy to achieve somebody else’s goals.

But without warning, they are in a rut, confidence in the business is slipping away as the business is suffering with employee retention and a crisis of leadership.
The business is now in decline. Business owners make every effort to stabilize workflows, motivate managers and achieve the company objectives and bottom-line. The result is that business owners are burning themselves out, self esteem is affected, work-life balance is ruined, employee morale is at an all time low and the business is running them and their employees into the ground.

3. Who is Jordan Willshear?
Being in an organization and a manager myself, It was my responsibility to onboard new employees into the business. After they graduated training, I was powerless to prevent employees who were not my direct reports from getting stressed, anguished and frustrated by the business neglecting existing employee development.
These hardships were a personal nightmare during my professional journey as a manager, as this caused breakdowns in communication and trust between senior management and the rest of the business.
This had a knock-on effect on the business as talented employees started leaving to pursue opportunities where there was less stress, rather than better opportunities. As a result, masses of employees left, and the business has had to downsize as a result.
I knew that there was more I could do to help rehabilitate the organization’s trust with it’s employees. From my own expertise and experience in sport and high performance, I did everything to upskill my skill set in management, coaching, organization cohesion and culture, business administration, leadership, strategy planning, productivity, psychology and time management.
Through this upskilling, I found there were numerous interventions that the business could have implemented to stop the organization’s decline and prevent a collapse from occurring in the future. I then pitched proposals on how to create a more positive work environment. Examples of these proposals included how to create smoother workflows through simplified communication channels and creating new retention and learning opportunities through coaching observations, mentorship and training certifications.
All of these ideas were considered and have been implemented in some form into the business, and the business is now keeping more staff and offering certifications and new development opportunities as a result.
I knew then that I had found a passion that I loved. I loved the idea of coaching organizations to have a high performing culture. I knew I had the knowledge and the relentless energy in order to help other organizations turn themselves around. Therefore, I committed to love doing what I do best to help organizations go through the transformation required and achieve the results they desire.
